Please read our Terms and conditions before booking an appointment.

PAYMENT OF FEES

The responsibility of payment remains solely with the patient.

If you have an insurance policy that will cover the payment for your treatment, please advise us of the details as soon as possible. We will contact the insurance company directly for payment. Although any excesses or non payment by the insurance company will result in an invoice being sent to yourselves and you will be liable for payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment with us, we require at least 24 hours notice.

Failure to give us notice, means that we cannot book any other patients into that slot and will therefore be considered a missed appointment and the standard fee will be payable.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to deliver your full appointment slot time. But please bear in mind that this may not always be possible and your full appointment fee will still stand.

NON-ATTENDANCE

Missed appointments are classified as cancelled without adequate notice and therefore the standard fee will be payable.

COMMUNICATIONS WITH YOUR GP OR CONSULTANT

Unless specified by you to the contrary, our normal practice is to advise your GP or Consultant on any treatment received plus any additional relevant information on your discharge. If you do not wish this to happen, please let us know at your appointment.
