Hydrotherapy is a water based exercise regime specifically designed for your condition performed in a warm-water pool. When combining the warmth and bouyancy of the water with specific exercises, hydrotherapy is a relaxing and very beneficial and versatile treatment for many conditions.

Following a full assessment of your condition, your exercise regime will be designed by our Chartered Physiotherapist. You will then be advised and guided how to perform your regime safely and effectively. The warmth and bouyancy of the water produces a number of benefits:
Your treatment sessions can be either individual or more often in small groups. Hydrotherapy is suitable for non-swimmers and access to the pool is easy via shallow steps with hand rails or a hoist system.
Changing rooms and showering facilities are available on-site and parking is easily accessible on-site in the pay and display car park areas.
